Clint is on a mission to equip home care business owners to stop living lives of reaction and build businesses that support their lives and fuel their impact!
In less than a year, he and his wife, Jessica, transformed their agency into a multi-state, multi-million dollar business. As founders of the industry’s largest network of owners and operators, they are blessed to live fully in their passion and purpose.
They are on a mission to create radical unity in this industry and equip owners – like you – with the knowledge, tools, and mindset necessary to simplify operations and leverage the power of a team-managed agency to increase profit, reduce their workload, and achieve growth without overwhelm.
Jeff Wiberg
Jeff Wiberg is the Founder of Family Resource Home Care, leading the company to over 300
employees, 30 locations, and over 100 million in revenue. As CEO he oversaw the day-to-
day strategy, culture, and vision for the company and continues to sit on the company’s
board of directors. Jeff is nationally recognized as a thought leader in the home care
industry and utilizes his extensive experience and knowledge in the healthcare continuum to
advocate ardently on its behalf. Jeff currently serves on several Boards and on occasion
provides consultation and advisory services to businesses in the industry.
Prior to his time as CEO, Jeff spent 10 years working for Family Home Care in Spokane, WA
where he was ultimately named President and CEO and went on to acquire the firm’s private
duty business. In 2018, Jeff led a merger with Seattle-based Family Resource Home Care
and was named CEO. He has over 20 years of business leadership experience in industries
ranging from hospitals and health systems to human resources consulting and holds a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University. Jeff is
active member, Past President, and current Board member for the Home Care Association of
America and the Washington Home Care Association. Jeff speaks fluent Spanish, enjoys
gourmet cooking, plays the piano, and loves spending quality time with his wife and 5
children.
Nicole Haney
Nicole Haney, founder of Papa’s Place Adult Day Care in Reed City, Michigan, turned her personal quest for high-quality Alzheimer’s care for her grandfather into a thriving senior care venture. With her background as a healthcare administrator, she rapidly expanded the business from adult day care into Home Care and Assisted Living. Within five years, she progressed from startup to exiting the daily operations of a multimillion-dollar, multifaceted senior care empire.
Nicole’s leadership has not only established new industry standards but also ignited her passion for nurturing leaders within the sector. As a Master Operator Coach at Home Care Ops, she draws on her vast experience to guide home care owners, helping them to empower their leadership teams, achieve operational excellence, and elevate their businesses to new heights. Nicole’s transition from personal caregiver to home care innovator and leadership mentor epitomizes her dedication to enhancing care standards and fostering growth in others.
