Clint Nobles started his business career at the early age of seven selling address labels to business owners. His motto was “You’re work just got a lot easier and you didn’t even know that would happen today”. Over 30 years later he still has that same enthusiasm and mission…. to help people operate their businesses better.

With over 20 years of business development and management experience, in his role as Operational Methodologist, he has helped major and national corporations across multiple industries refine and perfect their operational structures. As the founder and CEO of Home Care Ops, Clint uses his corporate knowledge and business expertise to revolutionize Care Agencies across the nation by teaching them to create duplicatable systems and operational strategies. Clint is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and author. His latest work, “The Point of Action” teaches leaders and owners alike how to take true control over their business and success.

Jessica Nobles

Founder / Chief Relationships Officer

With over a decade of Private Duty Home Care leadership and knowledge, Jessica Nobles worked her way up through every position from Caregiver, Operations Coordinator, Franchise Developer, and Independent Agency Owner. As the founder and operator of Nobility Care Solutions, she grew her revenue to six figures within the first year of business through grassroots marketing, creative community engagements, and referral partnerships. She is also the Executive Administrator for Home Care Ops where she coaches, consults, and empowers other home care owners and operators to create operational systems and strategies that build lasting business success and consistently increases revenue.

Kevin Hansen

Partner | Managing Director of Growth and Brand Development

Kevin comes to the Home Care Ops team with nearly 20 years of experience in branding and marketing. He’s helped hundreds of businesses – including several home care agencies – with their branding/logo development, website presence, and digital marketing. After a few years working for a leader in home care satisfaction management, he became quite familiar with the struggles specific to home care owners.

Since 2018, he’s contributed to building success with home care owners. Now, he commits his business/marketing experience to Home Care Ops and the growing number of agencies participating in our various groups.

In November 2024, he published Branded by Design: Home Care / Home Health Edition to help home care owners develop stronger brands through their logo, designs, content, service delivery, and community engagement.

Amber Lawson

VP of Strategic Operations

With nearly a decade of experience in home care, Amber is a proven leader dedicated to driving operational excellence and sustainable growth in the industry. As the Vice President of Strategic Operations at Home Care Ops, she specializes in aligning systems, optimizing workflows, and developing scalable strategies that propel organizations forward.

Prior to joining Home Care Ops, Amber played a pivotal role at Family Resource Home Care, where she helped grow the organization from $3 million to over $120 million in annual revenue. Her expertise spans strategic project management, corporate compliance, risk management, and quality assurance. She has led initiatives such as formalizing billing and pay structures, managing multi-location operations, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes. With significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, opening new offices, and overseeing real estate and fleet assets, she consistently creates efficient, scalable systems that enhance service delivery and organizational sustainability.

Passionate about empowering teams, Amber fosters collaboration, removes barriers and builds frameworks that enable businesses to thrive. Whether leading high-priority initiatives or guiding daily operations, she approaches challenges with strategic insight, resourcefulness, and a deep commitment to excellence.

Nicole Haney

Director of Value Creation & Leadership

Nicole Haney is a seasoned healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and leadership strategist with a deep-rooted passion for improving senior care services. Nicole has built a career centered on protecting the rights of vulnerable populations, ensuring quality care standards, and fostering leadership excellence within the senior care industry.

Early in her career, Nicole served as an Recipient Rights Investigator and later Director of Recipient Rights department,where she ensured that individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities received their legal rights in adult day programs, mental health facilities, assisted living homes, and community-based care programs. This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational leadership in healthcare environments.

 

Nicole transitioned from advocacy and oversight into business ownership, creating multiple companies dedicated to elevating senior care:
  • Papa’s Place Adult Day Care – A dementia-focused adult day program that provides specialized engagement and care for seniors and individuals with cognitive impairments.
  • Tustin House Assisted Living – A 12-bed residential assisted living home offering personalized, round-the-clock care to older adults.
  • N. Haney Enterprises – A coaching and consulting firm specializing in guiding home care agency owners in leadership development, business strategy, and operational efficiency.
  • Senior Community Resource Connection (SCRC) – A nonprofit dedicated to bridging the financial gaps in senior care, providing funding solutions for individuals who are over-income for Medicaid but unable to afford private care.
With a track record of success in building and scaling senior care businesses, Nicole joined Home Care Ops as the Director of Value Creation and Leadership Strategy. In this role, she helps home care agency owners streamline their operations, build leadership skills, and implement strategies to achieve long-term success. Nicole is also a Master Operator’s Coach, guiding business owners through the complexities of running a thriving home care agency while maintaining financial and operational stability. As a speaker, educator, and advocate for high-quality senior care, Nicole is dedicated to empowering business owners, enhancing leadership development, and ensuring that seniors receive the compassionate, person-centered care they deserve.

Cadi Landry

Community & Communications Manager

With a background in training course design – coupled with event management and organization, Cadi brings her talent for connection and community to the Home Care Ops’ team. Also as Host of the Action Cast, Cadi connects with the larger community of home care owners by highlighting thoughtful conversations that help home care owners go ‘from wherever they are…to wherever they are meant to be.’
