Clint Nobles
Founder & CEO
Clint Nobles started his business career at the early age of seven selling address labels to business owners. His motto was “You’re work just got a lot easier and you didn’t even know that was going to happen today”. Over 30 years later he still has that same enthusiasm and the same mission…. to help people operate their businesses better. With over 20 years of business development and management experience, in his role as Operational Methodologist, he has helped major and national corporations across multiple industries refine and perfect their operational structures. As the founder and CEO of Home Care Ops, Clint uses his corporate knowledge and business expertise to revolutionize Care Agencies across the nation by teaching them to create duplicatable systems and operational strategies. Clint is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and author. His latest work, “The Point of Action” teaches leaders and owners alike how to take true control over their business and success.
To eradicate Owner Exhaustion and Operator Burnout by teaching leaders to create simple, repeatable, and self-sustainable systems that build lasting success and allow true control.
Why am I passionate about OEOB?
My dad is the single most amazing man I have ever known (or will ever know). He has taught me strength, compassion, leadership, love, and more things than I could possibly describe. Watching as he and my mom worked tirelessly to meet the needs of our family, I learned how important a plan of action truly is. Every year I saw my dad grow more and more concerned with the longevity of our family business. We weathered so much together; sickness, depression, even outside forces like the time the city widened the road beside our business and forced us to move without any real notice. I saw this man take a barely existing fruit and vegetable stand and turn it into the leading market in the city. Big Box Stores and other merchants would use our prices as their benchmarks. By the time we finally left our small town we were grossing over 160k a year and were an incredible force for greatness in our area.
However, through all of this my dad bore in his body the marks of success. His health declined and his ability to work face to face with the customers became more and more of a challenge. After nearly 20 years of starting long before sunup and finishing long after sunset my parents were beyond exhausted. Their minds were as sharp as ever, but the toll taken from decades of carrying the weight of it all had broken them and rest was a four letter word only spoken to mock those that had the funds to hire others to do their work for them.
Every success and win my dad experienced were done so with no instruction; No mentorship; No business training; not even a high school diploma. I watched him work his fingers and mind to the bone, relying on faith and the love of his family.
There are so many owners and operators out there who are in the exact same position as my dad. The only path to success they have ever known is the single road of doing it ALL on their own. O.E.O.B is the worst kind of thief. It is not silent nor hidden; it robs us of life, family, and purpose, and it does all of this before our own eyes. We begin to believe that the only constant in our existence is this never-ending exhaustion. Marriages are broken, legacies are lost, and at the end of it all the only thing that survives is the bastard child of surrender: Regret.
This doesn’t have to be the way it is. There is hope…more than hope; there is truth. Truth that offers control and purpose. Truth that expels the thief and redeems the time that was spirited away. It is this truth that can recalibrate our compass and revel a deep purpose than we have ever known.
So, what is this truth? The complicated answer is “Systems;” but the simple answer is: “Systems.” How a business operates is more than just how things are accomplished. It reaches deeper than policy and procedure. Simply building a workflow will not solve the problem of only one person being able to do the work. Creating a marketing plan that generates leads is imperative, but what happens when the phone starts ringing?
My mission is to help owners and operators alike find their “Truth.” To help them create repeatable operation systems that support not only their business, brand, and team; but allow them to take “True” control of their agency and build a legacy that is founded on their passion and purpose, not just their ability to work.
